Behavior Chart: Persian Cat Theme
|
Every kid goes through a troublemaker phase, so this chart is designed to help avoid problems and potentially cause kids to behave better. All there is to do is write a list of behaviors (e.g., saying please or thank you, throwing things, yelling, doing chores) in the first column, the amount of points each behavior will cost or earn (positive or negative numbers) for the kid, and then a column for each day of the week. Each day, if the kid behaves in any way specified on the chart, you will mark the box for that behavior, and then tally the points for that day and at the end of the week you will calculate all of the points and have a final number that can be incentive as the points could potentially be spent on rewards, or used as a competition if multiple kids are included. This chart is perfect for a classroom competition because kids will love to work hard to get the first place prize of having more points than everyone else, and the competitive ones are often the biggest troublemakers, and if the chart is only being used by one kid, a list of things to spend those points on at the end of the week is great incentive.
