Kids Chart: Color Your Own
|
Oftentimes, kids need a little bit of help to stay organized and to keep on task, especially if they are homeschooled or have a list of chores to be completed. This color your own chart allows your child to be a part of the process by giving them decorative shapes in which they can color to make their chart more vibrant and inviting. Once the chart is completely colored in, fill in a name at the top and fill out the description boxes on the far left of the page so that they know precisely what is expected of them. Along the top axis of the chart are different boxes for days of the week, points, and a total tally for the week. There are several columns and rows to fill out, so each printable chart gives parents or teachers several weeks to complete each chart. Whether the child is being homeschooled, has extracurricular activities to keep track of, or chores and expectations to meet at home, this color your own chart will surely help to keep them on track. Print a few of these helpful charts if you have a classroom or houseful of kids to create charts for. Plan a fun afternoon activity so that each child can color his or her own pages and learn more about the purpose of the chart with you.
