Behavior Chart: Music Theme

Parents often use this Music Theme chart to keep track of how well their child can stay focused on learning their instrument or if your child decides to learn a new instrument as well as how many times a week your child either stays behind at school to learn and practice their instrument or how many times a week your child spends showing you new songs and notes they've learned on their instrument. Other reasons why your child would want to help you fill this chart out might include their ability to keep track of their Music lessons, practice times they might have with their school band, how much they've improved over a certain amount of time with their instrument as well as their grades and other achievements they've made in their Music class at school. You and your child can also keep track of all of your child's songs they've learned over the time period they've started playing their instrument as well as any notes their teacher might have given them to either work on their songs or to keep practicing their instruments in order to play a certain song correctly or more strongly for either a band practice or a band concert.
