Gymnastics is one of the most elegant sports in the world, bar none. All of the twirls and splits and jumps are more than just physical activities, they tell us about hours and hours of practice. We can also live like gold medalists though, by having good habits and practicing just like the gymnasts. First, we can begin the day by making our beds and organizing our room. Doing this brings order into our life and gives us the balance that we need. Just like a gymnast, having balance is the key to landing the perfect jump. Next, we can do our chores and do them with high focus and grace. This will help us with our hand-eye coordination and train our arms and legs to better work with our minds. Washing the dishes and vacuuming the floors will help us build up even more balance. Next, we will diligently study for any upcoming exams and finish all of our homework. This is important because we need to keep our minds sharp and precise. The problems and exercises in the work will let us practice and learn as much as possible. Lastly, we will make sure to get in our stretches and exercise. That way, we will be ready to jump higher and hold on longer and wow everyone.
