Kids Chart: Oakland Raiders
|
This chart features the infamous former Oakland Raiders who have now relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada. This chart's background shows the Oakland Coliseum otherwise known as "The Black Hole" one of the rowdiest places for opponents in all of sports. The classic logo reminding fans of its AFL roots can be seen on the bottom-right side of the chart as well, giving hardcore fans and collectors alike a reason to grab one of these charts for their own keepsake. As far as its use as a behavioral chart is concerned, there are ten description boxes on the left hand side and have a variety of uses from dates, specific objectives being listed, notes highlighting particular details or whatever is that's needed to be documented is provided for. On the direct right is one of three areas for point totaling whether its daily, weekly or monthly since how the chart is labeled is completely up to the caregiver in question. In addition to the aforementioned point totals, there are specific days labeled on the chart in order to keep a daily track on whether or not tasks were completed and/or satisfactory behavioral progress was met. Despite its relatively simple design, this chart has a wide compatibility with pretty much any system established.
