Chore Charts: Family Schedules
|
Schedules during the week can sometimes get a bit hectic for families when children have sports they play, clubs after school, jobs, and other activities that keep everyone going in different directions. A chore chart for the family schedule can help everyone stay organized by viewing all of the activities that each person has to do during the week, allowing others to make plans to attend special events or to know what to expect when getting home in the afternoon. Fun characters adorn the bottom of the chart including a police officer and an animal sweeping. Names can be listed on the left side of the chart so that each family member is represented and can see the details of the other activities that everyone else has every day. A chore or activity can then be written in the large column in the center of the chart. Days of the week are listed on the right half of the chart with enough space to check off each activity after it's completed during the week. If there is a special event during the week, such as a birthday party or a sporting event, then it can be added so that everyone can make plans to attend to show support.
