Color Your Own Morning Routine

Getting up in the morning can be a challenge at times for children. A chart like Color Your Own Morning Routine can make completing all of the daily chores fun and exciting, especially when children can decide which colors are used for each activity. Names can be put at the top of the chart so that each child can have their own, making it easy for the charts to be used at home and at school as well. Teachers can use this chart so that students know what to do before beginning work on other daily assignments. Each square on the chart features a different task that children might do each morning along with circles that have the first letter of each day of the week. When the activities are completed, the circles can be colored in to keep track of the days of the week. At the end of the week, the circles can be added to award points if the parent or teacher chooses to use this type of system.
