Kids Exercise Chart
|
Exercising can be a fun activity for children to do while also offering a way to stay healthy, especially for children who tend to like playing video games or watching television a bit more than average. A Kids Exercise Chart is a good way to get children started on a healthy lifestyle as anything can be added in each section of the chart that children enjoy doing. A large red tricycle and a blue tricycle adorn the background of the chart with each separate square outlined in blue. The days of the week and the lines in each square are in blue as well. The child's name can be written at the top of the chart. Since there are no specific exercises listed, the chart is ideal for coming up with fun activities based on the child's age and skill level. The exercises can be things that can be done inside and outside so that the child has a variety in order to keep busy during the week. Points can be awarded and totaled at the end of the week as a way to encourage children to exercise more often during the week, especially if there are rewards once points of a certain number are reached.
