During this quarantine time, it can be very difficult to stay motivated and active. However, it is very important that you find some sort of way to help your children and your teenagers remain active and healthy during this time. A great way for you to encourage your teachers to remain active and healthy is by promoting them to work out. Although the majority of gyms are closed, they can walk, run or jog at the park. If you are not near a park, they can also run around the block or they can even jump rope in their backyard. If you have a trampoline, that can also be a great way for your children for your teenagers to remain active during this time. Jumping can be a great way to lose calories in it can also be a great way to remain active and healthy. It is important that you were following by example and that you were also making sure that you were exercising and staying healthy during this time as well. You can even work out with your children or with your teenagers and this can be a great way to spend some quality time with one another.
