Music Practice: Trumpet
|
They say that practice makes perfect and learning how to play an instrument will take a lot of practice. Help your trumpeter stay on track with a free printable lesson chart. Though your child may be excited about learning to play the trumpet, they may not always be excited about the amount of practice that they are going to be required to do. The trumpet practice chart makes practice a little more fun and allows the lessons for an entire week to be written out. Once practice time is over, check off the lesson for the day. Each week's points are tallied for a grand total at the end of the month. It is important to agree at the beginning of what those points will be used for. There are so many possibilities, such as after reaching a certain amount of points, maybe practice time on Fridays can be shortened or no practice on Saturdays. Soon your trumpeter will get into the habit of practicing and will want to play music all of the time, however until that point is reached, it may take a little nudge, and the trumpet practice chart serves as a reminder that it does take practice to make things perfect.
