Take Care of a Pet Rabbit
|
Rabbits are a great pet for families. They are easy to handle and require less work than a lot of other family pets like a dog or cat. Even though they are pretty easy to take care of, it would be a good idea to have a chart to ensure that everything gets done. This chart has seven spots for what you and your child need to do for the rabbit. Four of these slots are already filled out with sections for feeding, giving it new water, exercising it, and changing out the litter. If your rabbit needs special attention like a bath or attention for their training, then you can write that in the extra spaces. The columns have the days running Sunday through Saturday with a column at the end for how many points they received throughout the week. There is an extra space at the bottom where your child can take notes. So if the rabbit needs more food or litter, they can write in on the note section so that you won't forget. At the end of the week, you can tally up the points and get the rabbit and your child a new toy to play with.
