This chart allows you to customize and write down your fitness focus during the week. The cart helps keep track of different days. Achieving goals starts with writing them down. Use this to get closer to your fitness or training goals. Mark your fitness goals or off each day using stickers or mark them off in another way. Whether that be writing cardio in the Monday box, or writing jogging or writing anything else that pertains to your goals. Planning out a full weeks worth of exercises will help the athlete focus. Having a strong mindset is part of being successful. Start off your week deciding if running, yoga, upper body, jump rope or any other type of fitness activity. Consider including specific times to get these activities accomplished during the day. Some people prefer to get it done early in the morning. Time management is also important to factor into your fitness goals for the week. There is a point system that is used as well. This could be significant in many ways. The points could be a minimum amount of points that need to be done during a week, or the points could be used as a reward even.
